We pack every order with care, but accidents happen. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

We are currently offering pre-orders to allow you to support us while we complete our production setup. Each lamp is handmade, which means production can take approximately 20-30 days.
At this time, production for your order will begin approximately 1 month from now. Once your lamp has been completed, it will take an additional 7-14 business days for delivery to arrive.
We appreciate your patience and support while we prepare everything to ensure each piece meets our quality standards.

Every lamp is handcrafted individually from scratch just for you. Because each piece is hand poured and painted entirely by hand, please allow 8 to 12 weeks for your lamp to be completed and shipped after your order is placed.
